14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days AFTER receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, contact us at sales@clayvaria.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. Please note: we are not responsible for damages resulting from carrier mishandling once items have been shipped via USPS or UPS.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom and made-to-order products (all sales final)
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges We do not accept exchanges unless there was an error on our part.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
